i'm sorry, but I'm can't reach the Kamen Rider avatar gallery. Believe me, I've tried. :(

Just hit "User CP" towards the top, right-hand corner of the screen. Then on the new page, click "Edit Avatar" on the side-bar. It's that easy.

Have you tried reading?
