I think Toei will just get what ever royalities they are owed by Hasbro producing Power Rangers. I don't see them being able to work with anyone else to adapt Sentai...Nor would they be able to if they could. I don't se anyone else wanting to adapt Sentai if Hasbro says no.

If Disney can't buy Hasbro I can see them doing it.

Its a nice idea but doesn't feel practical. Perhaps Hasbro and Toei will work together again someday. It won't be for a long time.
