Ricardo "Ricky" Medina, Jr. the actor that played Cole in Wild Force and Deker in Samurai has been re-arrested in regards to the case that resulted in the death of his roommate.

Its gonna come down to whether he had legimate reason to kill the victim in self defencse nse. Or if it is a clear accident with no malice or negligence. The DA must feel that they have a strong enough case. This may end up being the case of Medina doing something in an angry momment that was horrible. Its up to his defense to prove otherwise. There is no way to know for sure until this plays out. Diffinitly a big tragady for everyone invovled.
