Other sets of Power Coins
 

This is for pure speculation and for fun.

We know that there were three sets of coins to start with. Dino, Ninja and the set the Alien rangers had (if they had a name, I never knew it). So is it possible that there were other sets that Ninjor created that ended up never getting used?

Also, was it ever confirmed or denied that the Dragonzord coin is a part of the original set? I've just always been curious if even though Tommy wasn't chosen at the same time as the first five, would he still be considered an original ranger?

That's always a good theory to go with, that it's entirely possible that there were other sets of Power Coins but we can't say for certain that Ninjor has ties to all of them.

No there was no confirmation of any kind in regards to the Green Power Coin having any ties to the original set of Power Coins.

I wouldnt be surprised if there were more power coins. The dino powers and ninja powers are so different that it wouldnt surprise me to see more coins of diverse powers.

I think the dragon coin was made by Ninjor. Its too much of an cocidence. I assume Zordon and Rita both found the coins and fought over them. Rita captured the Green Coin while Zordon got the other five.

no doubt. I can definitely see the Dragon Coin being made by Ninjor since the powers and the Ranger's related zord are too compatible with the other 5's zords however in the case of the Alien Rangers it's like I said there is no evidence that he gave them their powers. Cestro had only said that Ninjor gave them their Battle Borgs. The Alien Rangers were never shown to morph with anything at all they only ended up using coins in order to summon their Battle Borgs.
