I skimed through the video. It looks like a bunch of clips some fan edited together. There is no way of getting all that on DVD. My advice is to go to amazon and search for Power Rangers Lost Galaxy, Operation Overdrive, and Lightspeed Rescue DVDs. If he likes those clips he will probably like those seasons or any pr season. You can also try ebay to see if there are any good deals. If he is just interested in the clip, all you can really do is bookmark it.
