We don't know for sure or what Hasbros full plans are. It seems like they want to take the franchise in a fresh direction that can appeal to all ages. Perhaps they don't feel like Sentai Adaptions are needed or even cost effective?

I'm sure Saban will make sure they keep their relationship with Toei.

Saban no longer owns the franchise and will have no say in this. Unless they bring him in to consult again.

They probably want to be able to do their own thing without having to worry about the Sentai Footage.

I'm just afraid that they will kill their main attraction in an attempt to get bigger. It might not work the way they want. If it doesn't, they would have killed off their tv show.
