Avatar use should now be equipped for all members.

i'm sorry, but I'm can't reach the Kamen Rider avatar gallery. Believe me, I've tried.

Just hit "User CP" towards the top, right-hand corner of the screen. Then on the new page, click "Edit Avatar" on the side-bar. It's that easy.
